Binary package hint: qbittorrent

When clicking on the little arrow on the Start (or the pause) button in
the UI nothing is happening but Starting (or pausing) the selected
torrent. It might not seem like a bug but I guessed these arrows are
here to display a menu, which enables the user to select between the
start all options ant start selected torrent (or pause...) like in the
previous version of qbittorrent (where these options were separated).
