I can confirm that this bug still affects Ubuntu Intrepid (8.10). My reproduce: 1. Need to have package firefox and deluge-torrent. 2. Download any torrent and select open with deluge-torrent from within Firefox. 3. Close Firefox. 4. Start Firefox. Error: Firefox is still running. Fix: Kill
