Public bug reported: After upgrading from lucid to maverick, copying from qt4 apps using ctrl+c no longer works. The issue is very similar to a prior bug, and may be a regression. See

I wrote down some specific notes about what works and what doesn't in a thread about Anki, a qt4 app which is affected by the bug.
