KiCAD by default does not have many footprints, you might want to
download a better library from another website such as: http://smisioto
.no-ip.org/elettronica/kicad/kicad-en.htm (remember to search for
package type not part name)
I personally just create a new footprint or modify a current one o
I hope it finds its way to the developers

I've created a module for it. my dimensions are correct, as seen on this
picture (I left the TO220VERT drill size intact (I hope), it's a bit oversized
but it's OK)
unfortunately I closed the file, and somehow I cannot reopen it for further
checks.
