Just fresh booted my up to date Natty : only gwibber is show twice (service is
launched at boot). If I launch Empathy, it duplicates, creating an indicator
entry which is working, and one not working. The same behaviour applies to
Evolution.

when opening a application (like Evolution) and closing it. The entry of
the already closed window stills on the indicator area. When I open
another Evolution's window, a new entry is created.
