Public bug reported: The default sorting order (collation) for Sindhi (sd_PK) locale in Ubuntu 11.04 is not right. I created the locale file and submitted it, and I copied the iso14651_t1 file in the LC_COLLATE field, which in turn includes the iso14651_t1_common file where the sort order is included.
But that file does not contain sort ordering for the Sindhi letters in Unicode, hence the default sort order of Sindhi in the 11.04 is not right. The LibreOffice uses the CLDR (common locale data repository) from Unicode and hence sorts Sindhi strings properly. Therefore, I suggest that the locale sd_PK (as well as sd_IN, but not sd_IN@devanagari which uses different script) should use the collation order from CLDR.
