yesterday, all the drivers needed rebuilt against the new ABI else
they'd totally hose up your system. So while those builds were under
way, xserver would refuse to install itself and give this

yeah go ahead and use the -f option if it says to.
A couple of my systems showed that (I figure because I had some self-
installed bits) and the upgrade went fine after.
