Please make sure this issue exists with the latest lts-backport-maverick kernel currently in -proposed. This kernel contains the most up-to-date set of patches for the 2.6.35 kernel. Once you test with the -proposed kernel and if the issue still exists, set the status of this bug back to "Confirme
