Binary package hint: grub2

Seems that the Chrome browser was active when the CPU meter maxed out
for CPU0, then shortly after even the CPU meter froze. Strange thing,
however, is that the mouse still had control of the cursor. Nothing else
worked. Had to hit the reset switch.
