the file
/var/lib/dkms/bcmwl/5.100.82.38+bdcom/source/dkms.conf
didnt exist but the
/var/lib/dkms/bcmwl/5.100.82.38+bdcom/source was a link to
/usr/src/bcmwl-5.100.82.38+bdcom
which have been removed by me.
so by reinstall the package first and then removing it it
