In Natty I have upgraded to system-config-printer 1.3.1, the newest
stable release. I do not get such messages in ~/.xsession-errors, and I
have installed several print queues (on USB).
So please update and try again.

Yes, I can confirm after upgrading to that version of system-config-
printer, deleting my ~/.xsession-errors, and rebooting, now the error
message is no longer present. Thanks.
