Public bug reported:

I have Windows 7 pre-installed on my laptop and have created a 250Gb
partition to install ubuntu for dual boot. I used penlinux to create the
bootable USB stick.

The checksum is ok and I can boot from the USB stick with no problems,
but when the installer is copying files across it crashes with Errno 5.
I've tried multiple times to try and install it, but to no avail. It
always seems to crash at around 3/4 of the way through.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
