Public bug reported: Binary package hint: amarok
Once amarok is opened, (either directly or from sound preferences), while it can be controlled fine from sound preferences, when you exit amarok it remains 'active' in sound preferences. At this point it can no longer be opened again from preferences, only a logout/in will clear it Noting that amarok does close properly, no running process, it just never clears it's active state in sound preferences The backend used makes no difference ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04 Package: amarok 2:2.4.0-0ubuntu4 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.38-3.30-generic 2.6.38-rc4 Uname: Linux 2.6.38-3-generic x86_64 Architecture: amd64 Date: Wed Feb 16 09:14:50 2011 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" - Alpha amd64 (20110202) ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=en_US:en LANG=en_US.UTF-8 LC_MESSAGES=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: amarok ** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug natty running-unity -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to amarok in ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/720085 Title: amarok will not exit from sound preferences -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
