In the latest development release - Intrepid Ibex - you select your
timezone not directly but as a location. Hence, UTC is not in the list.
I'm confirming this regarding the previous comments. Importance should
be changed to wishlist.

I think that the correct thing would be to say that the time code for
Greenwhich is GMT (like the time code for Buenos Aires, Argentina, is
ARS, etc) and GMT has daylight savings like other times. That is, GMT is
UTC 6 months a year.

Well in Dapper they are listed as physical location - so GMT is listed
as Europe/London (and other locations)

Of course the time in Greenwich is only GMT for 6 months of the year -
the rest of the time it is GMT+1.
