I think that the correct thing would be to say that the time code for Greenwhich is GMT (like the time code for Buenos Aires, Argentina, is ARS, etc) and GMT has daylight savings like other times. That is, GMT is UTC 6 months a year. -- UTC not available in Time and Date https://launchpad.net/bug
