Public bug reported:

Hello,

I`m using Ubuntu 10.10 with kernel 2.6.35-25-generic-pae.
Compiz is not installed.
Ubuntu-tweak is not installed.
It is not used any software for tweaks or setting up screen edges for any
actions.

I don`t know is here where I should report this problem or even is it a
problem. So I will describe what is happening:

1. I`m starting Rhythmbox
2. After that I`m starting to work with some programs like Vuze and Firefox
3. On mouse movement anywhere on the screen the volume is increasing and
decreasing. This happens especially at the edges of the screen. At the top
edges the volume is increasing and at the bottom edges the volume is decreasing.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
