Super key shortcut overlay not worki
Pressing Super+key which has 2 codes, depending on the international
layout (e.g. Q and Й), should work both with English layout and the
international layout.

I've assigned the value 'ö' to the 'Shortcut' key in
- '/usr/share/unity/places/files.places' and all I get is an empty overlay
+ '/usr/share/unity/places/files.place' and all I get is an empty overlay
box. I also tried greek and cyrillic
