Since gnumeric-doc already recommends yelp, it should be changed to a
depends. Without yelp installed, the documentation is not readable.
Request that yelp be changed from recommends to depends for gnumeric-
doc, which is part of the gnumeric package.

If yelp is required for gnumeric to work correctly, then I would think
that it should include yelp in its Depends: line.
This would mean that yelp is installed automatically when gnumeric is,
and so that the software that generates package lists for Ubuntu
distributions (germinate) sees this need
Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, this is an issue in
Lubuntu, not gnumeric. Lubuntu needs to insure that yelp is installed
with gnumeric, for help to work correctly.
