I have the same bug. I have a Logitech Anywhere MX mouse which uses Logitech's universal nano receiver. The receiver is permanently paired with the device even if you unplug it and uses a proprietary wireless protocol to talk to the mouse (no bluetooth). It works as a normal usb mouse on any syste

Typically input device recognition issues are due to kernel driver loading issues. In both the Xorg logs and all three gdm logs you posted it is showing a Logitech USB optical mouse being recognized, so unfortunately there isn't an error to go on here. It's showing up fine in dmesg as well. Here
