Binary package hint: pm-utils

My thinkpad X21 suspends (display off) and resumes correctly only if the
dpms-suspend quirk is called alone. By default,
/usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/20-video-quirk-pm-ibm.fdi
contains calls to radeon_off, s3_bios and s3_mode. Could this be
updated? Thanks
