Binary package hint: unity

When you right click the window decoration of a non-maximixed windows you are 
confronted with a list of action you can perform: Minimize, Maximize, Move, 
Resize, Always On Top, etc.
When a window is maximized and you right click unity-panel, you don't get a 
menu.
