This isn't a unity bug, this is evdev or synaptics, or whatever mouse
driver you're using. Please add a task on the correct mouse driver.

selected two-fingers scrolling and the result is the same. Any other

I had this bug on my sony vpcz11x9r too. It has synaptics touchpad
without multitouch, but now I am able to scroll with two fingers! Can
you try it too?
