Running your command:
# dpkg --configure -a

There are RPC services which were registered with the portmapper
before the configuration was changed.
You need to manually restart them in order for the changes to take effect.
Current registered services:
Seems like it's ok. One note I was restart my PC after that problem was
happend. May be this is why it's ok now?
Yes, that could explain it. Anyway, since the package works for you

as you ask I've attached portmap-boot file
No changes was maded by hand in portmap. System was upgraded from 10.10, may be
this would be helpfull.
don't know exactly what job was aborted.

boot. These are not the files I need. Please attach
/etc/init/portmap.conf.
