Public bug reported:

this is referring to a tree list, like this

+Programs
    +program one
           stuff
           Stuff
           something
           Stuff
           Stuff
           Stuff
           Stuff
   +program two
         stuff

in SUSE i requested a function and i got the "do i have to?" type of
response of reluctance.

it was that if the + was closer to the bottom of the listbox and i clicked on
the +,
i requested that the item i clicked on be placed at the top so i have a more
complete view of the objects inside the tree.

example is you have Ubuntu and are adding Kubuntu-desktop and when you click on
apply and you get
+ to be installed
+ unchanged
you open up "to be installed" then scroll down to the bottom and open up
"unchanged" but the list doesnt "predict" your obvious next move. so i am
asking that it at least put Unchanged at the top of the list box.

now, there is another feature i would like to add here, and is the reason why i
am writing this bug (its annoying!)
in windows (hopefully you dont mind) i am used to navigating the tree by using
the arrow keys.

/\ up
\/ down
> open the tree (+)
< close the tree (--)

so if you dont mind, can you have these keys work also in the K/ubuntu
tree lists? as i keep pressing the arrow keys to move up and down, then
when i want to expand the tree but nothing happens so i have to lift my
hand over to the number pad + key.
