Binary package hint: r-base

The command install.packages("scatterplot3d") failed with
Error: subscript out of bounds

This was odd behavior. Using

> installed.packages()

also returns:
Error: subscript out of bounds

This does not happen in Debian - it appears to be a Ubuntu related
issue.
