Yes, however it's a file generated from gnome-do's desktop file from
/usr/share/applications, which is clearly "corrupt".
I've noticed this issue has been fixed in gnome-do on the debian svn, we
just need to wait for it to be uploaded to Debian or Ubuntu.

The broken fine does *not* belong to gnome-do. It belongs to app-
install-data package:
$ dpkg --search /usr/share/app-install/desktop/gnome-do.desktop
app-install-data: /usr/share/app-install/desktop/gnome-do.desktop
It also happens when the software-center updates its catalog:
