Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnunet

after an update to gnunet 0.7.0e-2ubuntu1

Stopping GNUnet: No /usr/bin/gnunetd found running; none killed.
gnunetd.
Migrating previous GNUnet data (gnunet-update)
Updating files and directories permissions/bin/chown: can't find
`/var/run/gnunetd': no such file or directory

(error messages traduced, sorry for the typos, if any :) )

This error leaves gnunet unconfigured, this happened during a dpkg-
reconfigure -a, so it's very annoying, and no way to remove it (apt asks
a dpkg-reconfigure -a).

A workaround is to create /var/run/gnunetd manually, but this should be
done by the script.

** Affects: gnunet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
