I'm not able to reproduce this on a fresh install, despite trying all the
ubuntuone services and various options with the indicator-weather.

Verified that this re-occurs on login, when wifi is disabled, i.e
desktop-couch crashes if it starts without a network connection.
This not repeatable on a fresh install. It seems that that it depends on
some services that desktop-couch, maybe in some particular manner. I am
logged into the ubuntu
