Everything looks good. If you want you can try an upgrade: (Note:
Natty is VERY unstable as of now)
sudo rm -r /var/log/dist-upgrade/*
then,
update-manager -d & exit
If it fails again, attach the new files located in /var/log/dist-upgrade
