We are no longer shipping katapult with krunner since katapult has not
been ported to KDE4. (We're using KRunner instead) So markign this as
won't fix on our part.

katapult 0.3.1.4-0ubuntu2~edgy1 doesnt like config file
I had the same problem.
Katapult did not pop up when pressing its keyboard shortcut any more.
I have attached the config from $HOME/.kde/share/config/katapultrc which caused
this.
Another Problem is that ctrl-c for opening the configuration
dialog is extremely hard to find and there is no other

I have not been able to get katapult to work at all since updating.
I have deleted katapultrc and purged the old install and reinstalled
with no joy.
Running katapult from a terminal gives the following message:
X Error: BadDevice, invalid or uninitialized input device 169
Major opcode: 147
