Binary package hint: squid3

squid3 is responding to its own multicast ICP queries, which it really
shouldn't waste time doing.

1. ICP query sent to multicast group
2. Query received by all machines in that group
3. Same machine responds to itself on the same IP address it was sent from

Squid3 should be able to spot that it has received the ICP query from
the same IP address it sent it from, and vice versa.
