Also for me on an Asus Eee Box B202 with 945GME graphics. No flickering
or similar when the analogue VGA was in use, but just switched to
DVI->HDMI connection and the flickering occurs on resume from S4. Have
noticed also the following consistent behaviour:
Suspend to S4 -> Resume from S4 -> Flick

Now it DOES appear even when the battery is charged. It was okay in beta
1 but broken again in beta 2.

It seems like the bug only appears when the battery is charging (and
that is 99% of cases when I resume from hibernate). Though I may be
wrong. Last time I checked it with the battery fully charged, it resumed
without problems. Gonna double-check it now.
