Do you see the folder at https://one.ubuntu.com/files/ . User Defined Folders,
folders other then ~/Ubuntu One set to sync, do not show up in the Ubuntu One
directory but should show up in your online storage and on other computers.

If you run the following command in a Terminal does the folder show up?
u1sdtool --list-folders
If the folder does show up what is the value of 'subscribed=' ?
