* Install the desktop icon in the correct location
* Fix desktop file exec path, plugin now on multi-arch path
The original reason for dssi-host-jack not being a "depends" (dssi-host-jack
not built on kfreebsd arch) is no longer a reason.
I think "recommends" is the relevant fix, as hexter can also be run in other
hosts (e.g. Carla currently in the NEW queue).

That is because dssi-host-jack is not actually needed. You can load
Hexter into any DSSI-compatible host as well as any DSSI plugin.

If jack-dssi-host is not installed Hexter will not run from the menu.
After adding jack-dssi-host manually I could start Hexter from the menu.
