On closer inspection, this bug specifies "maximum (not f11 style)",
while bug 802974 implies actual fullscreen. No longer marked as
duplicate.

Ubuntu better. This particular bug has already been reported and is a
duplicate of bug 802974, so it is being marked as such. Please look at
the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you
can provide, or
I am having the same issue. It also happens on new window in additional
to initial launch. Not sure if it is related, but same thing happens
launching ThunderBird.
