Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

Please see the attached screenshot. In the Launcher, there are three
icons, a Firefox one, a terminal (XTerm), and one icon with a question
mark (UXTerm).

I started Firefox by clicking on the Firefox icon. However, as you can
see, when Firefox has focus, it's associated with the XTerm icon. If I
click on the Firefox icon, a new instance of Firefox is started. If I
click on the Xterm icon, a new uxterm is started, adding the question
mark icon, and gets associated with the question mark. I can view the
existing uxterm instances using the UXTerm icon, but I can't start new
instances using it.

The Xterm icon, and maybe the Firefox icon as well, were migrated from
the gnome panel, I think. I had shortcuts for those in there in
Maverick. I would tell you what the command line they start, but I just
can't figure out how to see that information.
