Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

I've tried opening folders by clicking the top menu icon and typing the
folder's name and location into the search box (i.e. /home/username or
just username), this looks like this should be possible because one of
the filter options is files/folders. I can't find any files or
directories this way, I've tried a bunch and they all get 0 results,
with or without the filter selected. I'd expect to type "Desktop" and
see the desktop folder in the menu, or at the very least
/home/username/Desktop should do the trick.

This is in Beta1

** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
