Tested seems that 250ms is an acceptable default delay (this should be
indeed be of course editable for accessibility purposes).

@mark, probably a value slightly bigger than 250ms could be still fine
(would work for both tap and click). The long press, if this is the
invocation you want to differentiate it from, should probably be more
something >500ms. What do you think?

This is the intended behaviour at the moment. "tap" shows the dash,
"hold" shows only the launcher and shortcuts. Other alternatives were to
require something like Super+Space to show the dash.
