Hi,
This isn't a bug, its a feature :)
The logo at the top left turned blue because a new window of the Language
Support window opened. It might not have got keyboard focus during its
initialization, and hence the logo turned blue to indicate that a new window
has come up :)

Turned white when I closed Language support.
