The per-feed-exception is already implemented ;) so that's why I've closed this
report. However, feel free to reopen it if you think I'm wrong.
What will be new in 1.4.x is the "better-preferences", but they don't affect
this bug.

Liferea can use Gnome's settings, but it doesn't recognizes the
exceptions. However, you can set per-feed-exceptions in Liferea, so this
shouldn't be an issue. Therefore, I'm closing this report.
By the way, Liferea 1.4 will have better Proxy settings in the
preferences, as you can see in t
