Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
All "help" buttons opens the gpm help index, instead of the related page
in the manual.
I.e: when i stay in "Running on battery" tab and click on "help" button,
would be nice if the manual is open in 4.2 section (Battery Power
Preferences)
