Binary package hint: unity
I don't have a method to reproduce this yet but it does happen to me
several times a day.
The keyboard input is lost from all windows in the workspace, and it
also seems to be lost from compiz. That is general hot keys to switch
workspaces, alt-tab, alt-F1, alt-F2, etc do not work. The only hot key
that appears to work is the super key which behaves as normal.
Once I click in a window to give it focus or launch a new application
using clicking in the dock or using the super key, the behavior
disappears, and everything works as expected.
I have experienced this with a single and multiple windows in a
workspace. It may be related to switching workspaces but I have not
been able to duplicate when watching for it.
