This is unfortunately one of the few features which we had to let go (an
interactive area always accessible for the full length). What you are
proposing is incompatible with different characteristics of our
solution. It would be basically require an entirely new design and

I mean, as it has arrows that can be used instead of dragging, if you
place the mouse pointer, say, at the bottom right corner of the screen,
you should be able to use the arrows without having to look for the
coloured mark to find where the scroll bar is.
