You're right, I created a new user and it doesn't work if the evolution
unfinished dialog is shown, but if you select don't show again in
that dialog, next time it works. Perhaps this should be rejected as I
hope that dialog will go away in feisty, can you try disabling the
dialog?

Yes, disabling the dialog fixes the problem. The dialog will go away, so
