Yeah, 2 year later the same problem for me using Ubuntu 12.04 (64-bit
AMD CPU).
System Monitor show rsync and luckybackup processes active.

I just experienced the same thing: Minimized LuckyBackup to tray and it
vanished... the backup process and the luckybackup process are still
active, there is just no way to get the gui back.
