I also experience this bug, connected to Exchange 2007 server - works ok
for a while then refreshing folders fails with the error as detailed and
no emails are displayed. Restarting Evolution displays emails but error
recurrs after a few minutes of use.

I can move messages from other folders to the inbox. Then I can no
longer view that message (Inbox appears empty.)
Sometimes clicking on Inbox doesn't bring up an error, but the mail
folder is still empty.
