Binary package hint: wireshark

In Wireshark's File menu there is an option to list the file set, but
the file details are not updated, reporting the wrong modification time
and size.

But the attached screenshot shows a file size of 24 bytes and modification time 
of 07:26.

This is a really minor issue.
