3.12.1+dfsg1-2 builds fine on most archs that Debian supports, but we
are not sure whether the doxygen issue is still valid. Please sync the
newer version and try again?

Sorry for me, it seems that the upstream has not prepared for --as-
needed,
I have ask upstream for a patch, now they give me an Quick-and-dirty
patch
I attached it here. May be it useful.
