[Bug 77115] Black screen on monitor change

Public bug reported: Every time I change my monitor over to a different one and start my computer I have to reconfigure xserver-xorg so I can see the screen. While this works for me it is annoying and is probably not the best solution for people who are less technical. This problem does not occur
