1- Move toolbars around, hide/show some buttons
2- Go to View > Toolbars > Reset, option is greyed out
Will test further in 12.04 LTS

Fabián Rodríguez, I was unable to reproduce your workaround to reset the
toolbars via clicking Tools -> Customize... -> Toolbars tab -> Reset
button -> Yes button -> OK button
Could you please repost a more detailed workaround?
