I got an update which solved the Codeblocks scrolliing bug, but the
Firefox bug remains.

Another similar bug happens when using CodeBlocks IDE. When scrolling in
an editor and a tooltip is shown, window redraws as in screenshot1.png.
These extra lines sometimes disappear, but are there most of the time.
using: Ubuntu 11.04
This bug never happened in Ubuntu 10.10.
